Greenwood Farmhouse
H2D and the owners of a century old Greenwood farmhouse worked for several months on a holistic plan to bring back the original traditional style of the home, inclusive of a whole house remodel and addition to the rear of the house.  The project was then divided into several phases to meet the owner's budget.  Phase One is complete and entails a kitchen remodel and a new bathroom on the upper floor.  The finished spaces are an amazing transformation from the existing area and harken back to the traditional detailing of the original home.  Period style tilework, millwork, and flooring was selected and installed.  The final phases will be complete in the future and will bring the rest of the house back to the traditional historic period of the original home.
