Broadview Addition

In the quiet neighborhood of Broadview, H2D Architecture + Design and GT Residential Contracting have been working together with the homeowners to design and built a single story addition at the rear of an existing home.  The homeowners came to H2D with the need to add more space to their home.  The design included an addition with a master bedroom, bathroom, new entry from the backyard, and utility room.  Design features include: rain screen siding, low maintenance fiber cement and metal siding, and energy efficient and sound reducing windows.
