Bellevue Interior Update

Location: Urban lot in Bellevue, Washington

Design Goals: The owners wanted to simplify and modernize the traditional interior of their existing residence. The project centers on remodeling the main floor to create a more open and flexible layout, tailored for everyday living and entertaining. At the heart of the redesign is a new chef’s kitchen featuring a spacious walk-in pantry, positioned as the focal point of the great room. This open-concept area flows into a comfortable recreation space complete with a fireplace and media area, designed to support both quiet evenings and lively gatherings.

The primary suite will also undergo a full reconfiguration, with a more efficient layout, a modernized bathroom, and a larger walk-in closet to enhance comfort and functionality. The goal is to bring clarity and ease to the interior layout while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.
