Bobae Tea and Coffee

Location: Downtown Kirkland, Washington

Design Goals: H2D Architecture + Design collaborated closely with the owners of Bobae Tea and Coffee to bring their vision for a new shop to life in the heart of downtown Kirkland. Situated in a high-visibility, high-traffic area, the new location was strategically designed as a pickup-only concept—streamlining operations while delivering the same high-quality coffee, tea, and treats that have become the brand’s signature. The design prioritized efficiency, flow, and customer convenience within a compact footprint. H2D created a layout that includes a fully equipped commercial kitchen to support high-volume drink and food prep, a sleek and functional serving area, and a dedicated walk-up counter to accommodate quick service and order pickups. Behind the scenes, ample storage was integrated into the design to maximize organization and maintain a clean, clutter-free front-of-house environment.
