Lynnwood Office TI

The business owner purchased this Lynnwood building with the intent to fully gut and remodel the spaces to move their business into the building.  The project was constructed with a phased approach while the prior tenants completed their lease in the space.  The final design included a full renovation of the upper floor of this commercial building to provide private offices, conference room, bathrooms, kitchenette, and employee relaxation spaces.
