Snohomish Rehab and Addition

The owners of this large property in Snohomish County had a vision to remodel their existing home and add a large addition to create more functional spaces.  The goals of the remodel are focused on redeveloping the home to better suit how they use the home.  Large open spaces for entertaining, light and views out to the expansive yard, and connection between living spaces and the outdoors are main design goals for the project.  The existing home is a single story structure and will be expanded with a new two story addition and several outdoor living spaces.  The design will include unique features such as hidden stairs, secret pantry, flexible storage areas, and an ‘alpaca drive-thru window’ where they can feed treats out to the window to their pet alpacas.  The design is currently in design development.
