Avid Landscape

Location: Edmonds, Washington

Design Goals: H2D partnered with the business owners to develop a comprehensive plan for remodeling and securing a change-of-use permit to convert an existing single-family home and detached garage into a functional and efficient new commercial headquarters for Avid Landscape. The design aimed to create efficient office and meeting spaces while supporting the operational needs of the landscaping business. Interior modifications included creating dedicated offices, an open conference room space, and upgraded bathrooms to provide a professional and comfortable environment for staff and clients. The sidewalks around the property and access to the property were updated to meet current zoning and accessibility requirements.
