Lynnwood Office TI

Location: Lynnwood, Washington

Design Goals: In close collaboration with the business owner and build partner, H2D led the comprehensive redesign of an existing commercial building, transforming it into a modern, tailored workspace that reflects the company’s evolving operational needs and distinct culture. The goal was to move beyond a basic office layout and instead create a dynamic environment that supports both day-to-day functionality and long-term team wellbeing. The final design for the upper floor emphasized intentional space planning to enhance workflow, communication, and efficiency. Private offices were thoughtfully positioned to provide quiet, focused work areas while maintaining connectivity to shared spaces. A spacious, conference room serves as a central hub for team meetings, client presentations, and collaborative sessions. Additional upgrades included modernized bathrooms, a centrally located kitchenette, and designated relaxation zones designed to support wellness and recharge throughout the day.
