Design Goals: H2D is working alongside a developer to design six new single-family homes intended for resale on the real estate market that align with the style of the existing neighborhood. Each home is approximately 3,000 square feet and includes a two-car garage. The two-story homes are designed with 3 to 4 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The main floor features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area—ideal for entertaining or everyday family life—while large windows and thoughtful layouts bring in natural light and enhance the sense of space. Upstairs, a generous bonus room provides additional flexibility for a playroom, home office, or media space. Ample closet storage is integrated throughout the design to support long-term functionality and organization.

Each home in this development is designed to balance aesthetic appeal with practical living—creating move-in-ready spaces that meet the expectations of today’s real estate market.
