Innis Arden Modern Renovation

Location: Innis Arden neighborhood in Shoreline, Washington

Design Goals: This Innis Arden renovation project focuses on reimaging a modern-style home with panoramic views of the Puget Sound. Although the home has undergone multiple remodels over the years, the new homeowners want to refresh the interiors and reconfigure the flow in various areas of the home. A master plan is being developed to guide the phased construction approach, providing both the homeowners and builder with a clear long-term vision for the home’s transformation. The renovation spans all three floors of the home, including the kitchen, mudroom, laundry, wet bar, recreation area, bathrooms, primary suite, living and dining rooms, exercise room, and den.
