Historic Office and Storage TI

Location: Downtown Everett, Washington

Design Goals: This full remodel project reimagines a four-story historic structure in the heart of downtown Everett. Adapted into a mix of office spaces and modest living quarters over the years, the building is now being updated and developed to support modern commercial uses while honoring its architectural legacy. The new design introduces open-plan office layouts and storage solutions across three fully renovated floors, improving flow, efficiency, and functionality.

Style: Historic 1920s

Design Challenges + Site Constraints: As a historically classified structure, the building’s exterior will be carefully preserved and restored to maintain its original character. This approach requires carefully coordination with preservation guidelines and thoughtful detailing throughout. The interior renovations will require balancing the needs of new office spaces while considering the constraints of an existing historic framework.
