Snohomish Rehab + Addition

Location: Snohomish County, Washington

Design Goals: Remodel existing single-story home and add a large addition to better accommodate the homeowner’s lifestyle. The primary goal of the remodel is to create more functional, open spaces that foster connection, both within the home and to the surrounding outdoor areas. Key design elements focus on large open spaces ideal for entertaining, maximizing natural light, and ensuring the home takes full advantage of its expansive yard and surrounding views. The home will be expanded with a new addition, a sunroom, and several outdoor living areas, each designed to provide seamless transitions from the interior to the outdoors.

Incorporating unique and personal touches, the design will feature hidden rooms, a secret pantry, flexible storage spaces, and even an ‘alpaca drive-thru window’—a fun and functional element that allows the homeowners to feed treats to their beloved alpacas from the comfort of their home.

The project is currently in the design development phase.
