Kent Residential Development

Location: City of Kent, Washington

Design Goals: H2D Architecture + Design is collaborating with a developer and builder to create a new five-lot housing development in the City of Kent. The project involves subdividing the existing property and designing five new two-story single-family homes, each approximately 2,500 sf.

The homes are thoughtfully designed in a transitional architectural style to complement the character of the surrounding neighborhood while offering fresh, contemporary interiors. Each main floor will feature an open-concept layout, integrating the kitchen, dining, and living spaces for modern, flexible living. The upper floor of each home includes a well-appointed primary suite, additional bedrooms, and a shared bathroom, providing comfortable and functional layouts for a variety of household needs.
