Mercer Island Transformation

Location: Mercer Island, Washington

Design Goals: The reimaging of this two-story Mercer Island home centers on a full gut interior remodel and exterior transformation that introduces a bold new layout to enhance spatial flow and everyday functionality, while also giving the home a refreshed, updated look. Additions at the front of the house enhance curb appeal along with expanding bedrooms and the entry area. At the rear, a substantial addition creates an open, connected kitchen, living, and dining spaces—tailored for family living.
