Beacon Hill Rehab

The owners of this Beacon Hill home came to H2D with the vision to fully gut their existing home down to the studs, including a full siding, roofing and window replacement.  The structure is designed to be stripped down and reconfigured to allow for a more efficient and functional layout for this compact home.  The main floor is designed with an open plan for the living, kitchen, and dining area, along with a bedroom suite and powder room.  A new carport is designed on the side of the home and a new deck is planned for the rear.  The lower floor is designed with bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and recreation space.
