Office and Storage TI

The design is underway for a full remodel on this historic four story building.  The building had been updated and changed over the years to create many small rooms throughout.  Three floors will receive a full renovation to accommodate the new uses for open plan office and storage spaces.   Due the historic classification of the building, the exterior of the building will need to carefully repaired and restored to retain the original character.
