Design Goals: The project involves a full-gut remodel of both levels of this existing two-story home. The exterior will be updated for enhanced curb appeal with styling to coordinate with elevated interior. Interior updates will include a completely redesigned kitchen with a walk-in pantry and expansive views overlooking the Puget Sound. The renovation also includes new bathrooms, an upgraded primary suite featuring a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet, and thoughtfully updated finishes throughout all living areas. The end result will be a classic contemporary home that blends comfort, function, and beauty—perfectly suited to the homeowners’ lifestyle and its stunning surrounding views.
