Modernized Georgian Edmonds

Location: Edmonds, Washington

Design Goals: Full-gut remodel of the three-story residence with the goal to reconfigure the layout for functionality, family life, and entertaining. The new design introduces an open floor plan anchored by a dramatic double-height living space at the heart of the home. The main level also includes a playroom, office, guest suite, and an outdoor kitchen for year-round gathering. The lower level is designed for recreation and relaxation, featuring a wine cellar, home gym, golf simulator/theater room, and a second guest suite. The upper floor is reserved for the family’s private quarters, with a spacious primary suite with views of the Puget Sound, separate bedrooms for the kids, laundry with hidden laundry pass-through from the primary closet.
